Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window We offer a [14-day] return policy, which means you have [14 days] after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, original and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable Items Please note that Custom Commissions (Customized Artworks) and items on sale cannot be returned.

4. Return Shipping Costs For non-quality issues (such as change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any potential customs duties incurred during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
